We provide a management training program. This program is merit, as opposed to seniority based, as we believe in promoting from within as opposed to hiring outside talent.
We offer full-time paid internships during the summer and winter terms. As far as internship opportunities go, the position includes public speaking, team development, client negotiations, and learning how to run campaigns.

Where do you do business and where is staff located?
We staff for the Northern Alabama region. This includes Huntsville, Birmingham, Montgomery, Decatur, Muscle Shoals, and numerous surrounding areas. If located in one of these areas, we most likely have work available. This means our staff is located throughout the greater North Alabama region.
How is the parking?
We rarely need someone to come into the corporate office but, if necessary, there is more parking than we know what to do with.
Where is the main office located?
We are located outside of Gate 9 of the Redstone Arsenal. We have included the location within our email signature so you know where to find us!
Is this D2D?
If you mean “outside sales,” then yes. We conduct sales on a leads-based system provided to us by our clients. We do not randomly canvas and are provided with information about our customer beforehand, such as their name, existing services, and what services to discuss.
What is the dress code?
For the Zoom calls, it is business professional. For customer consultations, it is business casual. We provide corporate gear to wear for customer consultations.
Is this 100% remote position?
No, we operate on a hybrid schedule. All meetings are conducted virtually via Zoom in the mornings and we meet our client’s demand for face to face consultations in the afternoon.
Is training paid?
Yes, we pay for the first two weeks of training upon completion.
Is this 100% commission?
Our representatives actually get paid a total of three different ways. We pay weekly on a draw/base, commission, as well as weekly bonuses. Additionally, we offer direct deposit and this is a W2 position.
